Job Description :
Responsibilities
Perform log reviews an apply patches to Windows equipment
Monitor the performance and perform the troubleshooting on PC and network equipment

Provide support on hardware, software and application for user
Provide helpdeskand remote IT support if necessary
Ideal Profile
Diploma or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines
Minimum 2 years working experience in IT support
Holds a MCSE or CCNA will be an advantage
Knowledge in networking (routers and switches, firewall)
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Linux system
Fluent in English and Cantonese
