IT Customer Fullfillment - Core Enterprise Team is seeking a high-performing, energetic person to help continue to lead our team through through the Scrum Master role & Systems Analyst role.
Our team collaborates with application teams across the enterprise to land, optimize, and modernize Supply Chain applications and workloads across a variety of services, both on and off-prem.
The variety of activities is quite diverse, and every day brings new challenges with enormous opportunities to work within multiple systems, researching and identifying the common issues while driving the teams towards a resolution to have a positive impact on customer experience
The role of the Systems Analyst focuses on designing, configuring, and validating information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.
A Systems Analyst identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems in a specific area of responsibility, where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. In the role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a system/data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.
The scrum master is responsible for:
- They coach the development team and do anything possible to help the team perform at their highest level. This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, and working with the product owner to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
- They facilitate Scrum ceremonies, enforce time boxes, and role model agile principles.
- They drive continuous improvement in team processes and product delivery while embracing servant leadership.
- They create a safe environment where issues can be raised, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and problem solving.
- They assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating (making visible) information.
Additional responsibilities of the role:
- Analyze, clarify, translate business requirements into technical or process specifications, and conduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
- Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support.
- Identifying data needed to model business requirements, develop data architecture to support the requirements.
- Identifying user interface needs and design/develop them to meet user requirements.
- Supporting and partnering with application users to explain results and resolve any data and system issues.
- Look for opportunities to automate business processes with technology and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
- Develop test cases to do regression/QA testing on changes before being turned over to the business for validation

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree Information Technology or a related field OR equivalent experience (4 years)
- 1+ years of experience with
- Allocation Management, Global Available-to-Promise, and Order Execution capability
- As a scrum master or Agile Coach within Agile teaming methodologies such as XP or Scrum.
- 4+ years of experience in all of the below:
- Using standard Lean and Agile techniques like Pairing, Continuous Integration, DevOps, Value Stream Mapping, A3 Problem Solving, TDD, and BDD to improve software development processes.
- Leadership roles within agile software development teams and contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Developing IT solutions in Supply Chain Management areas
- SAP Demand Planning, Global Available-to-Promise, SAP IBP, SAP Hana, or knowledge of SQL and ABAP
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience in:
- Technology and database systems
- Planning, Defect and Incident Management tools like JIRA, Rally
- SAFe/Agile practices
