Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Building services : E&M engineering company
- Specialized in green engineering, electrical installation & building services projects in Hong Kong
- We are looking for IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in IT Team of 2 members
- Perform Windows based system administration, including system setup and configuration, software installation;
- Perform support services and daily operation;
- Any other IT related tasks as required;
- System documentation and filing;
- Assist monitoring IT assets and software licenses;
- Maintenance of office and remote sites technical problems and trouble-shooting;
- Timely report and update the job status;
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
- 2 years IT related working experience;
- Familiar with Windows XP/7/8/10 & Server 2012 ..... , networking, Active Directory;
- Some experience in cloud application and system development is highly prefer
- Knowledge of Virtualization technology, Linux OS, Email administration is an advantage;
- No trips is required
