Your mission and responsibilities: · Identifies business goals, objectives and requirements to deliver outcomes using agile practices · Finding innovative ways to solve problems and focus on business outcomes · Supports the product owner to develop and groom the product backlog maximizing the value of the product/service · Contributes to the scope definition and roadmap planning with key focus on release planning and management. · Coordinates with developers & change agents to deliver according to planned release schedules · Plan and oversee multiple parallel projects & releases across various technologies · Keep abreast of technology trends and development Your qualifications and experience: · 5 years+ Experience in Technical Business Analysis and agile software delivery environment · Experience in implementing multiple projects and releases in parallel in large organisations · Expert knowledge of databases, system security principles and troubleshooting · Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript) · Experience working with ServiceNow, iPaaS or Snowflake is an added advantage. · Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
