Job Responsibilities:
1, Understand the development direction of the company's platform and perform technical support, lead the team to collect and solve the functional requirements from other departments;
2. Manage R & D team, formulate and implement technical management system and performance appraisal method, formulate project management process, supervise the progress of the project, and lead the post-product iteration work;
3, Responsible for the construction and training of technical team, improve team work quality, efficiency and technical ability;
4, Technology-led to help the company to enhance the overall level of business;
5, Tracking the direction of technology development, organizing team members to continuously learn the relevant areas of technology to ensure that the team continues to enhance technological capabilities.

Job requirements:
1, College education, 4 years of technical team management / project management experience;
2, Good at C # .net development, proficient in the relevant development framework, test environment and process;
3, Proficient in high reliability, high load, high concurrent technology architecture;
4, Have better R & D process management and control skills, including schedule and control, quality management, configuration management;
5, Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, able to read English articles and conduct daily communication.
6, Sensitive to the new technology, can take the initiative to learn. For Python, R language has a more in-depth grasp, familiar with big data, algorithms and other related technologies. Have the relevant project development and management experience of priority.
