Position Summary: Supporting IT daily operation in Kaohsiung Terminal to achieve very high level of system availability and stability. Coordinating and working with local as well as overseas IT resources to implement solutions as requested. providing IT solutions based on well understanding of processes and requirement of Marine Terminal operation. Supporting implementation, operation of TOS projects.

Key Accountabilities: 1. In charge of IT daily operation with very high level of systems availability and stability to support 7*24 terminal operation. 2 . Cooridnating and working with local as well as overseas IT resources to impletment solutions and projects as requested. 3. To analyse, implement, optimize and maintain Terminal Operation Systems. 4. Prompt response to TOS issues and avoid impact to terminal and vessel operation. 5. Support EDI systems in terms of Terminal operation requirement related. 6. Network management support 7. Infrastructure management support 8. Security management 9. Telephony sulution management 10. Wireless solution support and management 11. Office 365 support 12. IT inventory procurement, asset and server room management and documentation. 13. To execute IT related duties as assigned. 14. End User computing support/training.

Qulification & Requirement: a. Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Management or relavant disciplines b. 5-7 years IT field, Marine Terminal Operation system experiences is a plus.

Key Competencies: 1. Technical Skills - Hands-on experience on IT network infrastructure; Experience on SQL, Oracle Database, LINUX and Java; Wide knowledge of compuiter environment, including server, desktop, mobile devices & vehicle mounted terminal. 2. Business Skills - Result oriented team player with good people management and effecitve communication skills; Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill; Ability to embrace change, and contributes as a change agent; Ability to take pressure and work under tight schedule indenpendently; Responsible attitude and discipline; Motivator, self-starter and logical. 3. Technical & Business Knowledge - Knowledge on development & implementation of IT systems; Up-to-date technical knowledge for qualifying solutions; Knowledge on container terminal operations and/or TOS application (preferred); Updates of port business trends (preferred). 4. Language/Others - Strong command both written and spoken in Chinese/English.
