The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening and presenting qualified applicants in order to promote our employer brand, shorten our time to hire and attract the best talent. The candidate needs to have an excellent working knowledge of IT technology, IT technical roles, technical abilities as well as knowledge of the recruitment process. Finally, you will help us establish a strong technical pipeline by assisting us in hiring and retaining qualified workers for our IT positions.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and application of MBSA leadership Principles
- Innovative and Pioneering spirit.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Computer literacy, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office Package (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Relevant HR legislation e.g. SDA, LRA, BBBEE

Outputs
- Advertise vacancy on Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct screening and shortlisting of applicants.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Co-ordinate psychometric assessments with the provider and provide assessment feedback to LoB and all successful candidates as well as unsuccessful candidates timeously
- Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews.
- Presenting the resume of the most successful candidates to the hiring manager.
- Analyse; verify the information and responses obtained through the interviews.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Keeping track of all candidates as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
