About Our Client

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science

2 years relevant working experience in IT technical support to end users

Experience in helpdesk and server support, preferably in sizable companies

Well-versed in Windows application and knowledge of MySQL, Exchange etc

Responsible, self-motivated, helpful and good communication skills

Good command of English and conversational Putonghua

Immediate available will be an advantage

Responsibilities

Perform daily IT operations including system monitoring/maintenance and data backup

Assist in IT infrastructure such as PC, internet, servers, network devices and security system

Provide helpdesk support on new user setup and problem solving of hardware & software

Work closely with IT service providers on license renewal, system upgrade and ad hoc projects
