Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Computing or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year working experience in internal IT support
• Knowledge in TCP/IP networking, Windows Server and Linux
• Able to work independently and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

• Provide internal IT technical support and assist in system administration tasks
• Installation of software and hardware
• Troubleshooting PC, server and network issues
• Monitoring window server, firewall, network and trobleshooting
• Perform system and data backup activities
• Maintain system documentations, HW & SW inventory
• Maintain company website periodically
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
