Responsibilities:
Provide support, monitor, setup and configuration on all server, system, network infrastructure and applications

Carry out system maintenance including installation, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, backup jobs monitoring

Software and hardware upgrade, day-to-day system administration and technical support services

Manage LAN/WAN, Internet, Intranet, Firewall and Windows Servers etc.

Responsible for helpdesk support to in-house end users and branch shops

Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by IT Manager

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related qualifications

Holder of MCSE/MCITP CCNA/CCNP qualification will be an advantage

3 years or above working experience in system and network administration is preferred

Reliable, hardworking and willing to work under pressure

Experience in MS Windows server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, MS SQL etc.) and Desktop (Windows XP/Vista/7, Office, Outlook) environment.

Able to work independently and under pressure, self motivated, responsibility and able to learn

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Immediate available would be an advantage
