Job Description
Founded in 1989, Tai Hing Catering Group transforms from a small-scaled “siu-mei" (Chinese roast) fast food eatery to now one of the largest F&B chain restaurants in Hong Kong and Greater China. The Group owns several renowned brands, including Tai Hing, TeaWood, Trusty Congee King ,and other Japanese restaurants, managing around 100 outlets in Hong Kong. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- On-site and help desk support need and maintenance to internal staff
- Provide support and troubleshooting to internal users
- Set up and maintain network system and servers
- Perform daily system monitoring
- Outside work is required
Requirements :
- Experience in POS
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-initiated, hard-working, independent and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technician
- Immediately available is highly preferred
