Responsibilities:

• Perform daily IT helpdesk frontline support for POS system
• Support end user for their PC operations systems, PC LAN support, hardware, applications and peripherals issues
• Assist or train up end users in operating PC's including OS and other common desktop application
• Responsible for the maintenance of desktop, PC, patches and updates etc.
• Assist in setting up of new PC equipment for users

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• Min. 1-2 years working experience in POS, Windows, hardware/software support
• Good command of both English & Chinese with good interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated, responsible, organized and willing to learn
• Immediately available is highly preferred
