China Alpha Fund Management (HK) Limited is a fast growing and experienced investment advisory and asset management company in Central, Hong Kong. As a Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission licensed corporation (Type 4 & Type 9), we are the investment adviser to some leading Greater China equity focus hedge funds. To cope with our business expansion, we are seeking high caliber talent to join our team.

Responsibilities

Assist and maintain the computer systems of the Company, including hardware, software and network.

Provide in-house end user IT troubleshooting and support.

Installing and configuring computer system, printers and peripherals and manage data backup.

Monitor the IT systems and networks healthiness by periodic health check and enhance network performance and security control.

Establish controls to identify hardware and software weaknesses, diagnosing the root cause and derive remedy actions.

Renew, maintain and update the software and hardware inventory.

Liaise with vendors and manage vendors’ service level and ensure effective performance.

Perform ad-hoc assignments / projects as required.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in IT infrastructure and system support.

Good technical knowledge in Window operation system, PC hardware and software.

Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
