Responsibilities:

• Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services;
• Monitor and maintain Server & network;
• Ensure that escalated technical problems are prioritized and follow up actions to fault cases are completed in a timely manner

Requirement:

• F.5 Graduate or related discipline in Information Technology or equivalent;
• At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support role;
• Knowledge in supporting the PC/LAN/WAN, systems and applications;
• Knowledge of basic networking – (Configure IP, Gateway);
• Good communication skills, hard-working and can work independently
