Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, identify and solve desktop related problems
• Installation of PC/Server for hardware and software
• Perform maintenance duties and service systems on hardware and software
• Responsible for software training and on-site service
• Solve daily technical problems and trouble-shooting

Requirements

• Certification/diploma in computing or equivalent;
• Good at PC Support on hardware and software;
• 3 years or above related work experience;
• Strong problem solving
• Fluent in Cantonese is a must, basic in English & Mandarin is preferable;
• Irregular / 24x7 shift duty
• Working location near Tsing Yi
