Duties:
Provide technical support to end-users

Install and maintain network equipment

Responsible for workstations trouble- shooting and server administration

Ensure smooth LAN/WAN network operation and perform regular maintenance

Prepare ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Computer Engineering or Information technology or related disciplines

At least 1 year IT support experience

Familiar with Windows, Linux, VM server, Exchange Server, TCP/IP, Firewall, FTP & MS Active Directory services

Good communication skill is required

Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

Immediate availability would be an advantage
