In this position, you will :

• Responsible for performing IT daily operation tasks including system health checking and maintenance
• Responsible for performing on-site IT technical support include hardware diagnostic, operating system and software installation, and IT problems troubleshooting
• Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve relevant IT problems
• Assist in hardware and software asset management
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science fields or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year IT support experience in environment with Microsoft Windows PC and email support as well as Microsoft Office software
• Knowledgeable on Active Directory and Email account administration
• Diagnose and troubleshooting on IT issues
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with customer service attitude to deal with different types of users
• Fresh gradate will be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred
