Job Responsibilities 工作內容

• Support daily IT operations, system maintenance, administration and documentation 負責日常資訊科技相關運作,支援電腦系統維護運作,記錄檔案
• Take initiation on trouble-shooting and problem solving 解決營運時出現的問題
• Responsible for providing customer service support and solution on IT related areas 根據客人反饋及現場情況提供解決方案
• Provide PC and IT services support both for hardware and software installation and configuration 負責硬件及軟件安裝和組裝

Job Requirements 職位要求

• Diploma of Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines is preferred 持有資訊科技相關學歷者優先考慮
• 1 year or fresh graduate will also be considered 具一年相關工作經驗,應屆畢業生亦會考慮
• Self-initiative, independent and enthusiastic 積極主動、工作熱情,能獨立工作
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills 良好分析能力
• Basic knowledge of imaging-related products 對攝影產品有基本認識
• Passion for Photography and Service would be an added advantage 對攝影及服務業有興趣者優先考慮
• Candidate with less experience, or qualification in other fields will also be considered 較少經驗或其他專業資格亦會考慮

Additional Information

• Candidated will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company – typically 5 working days per week including shifts on weekends and Public Holidays, and also may require to work outdoor.
