Job Details:

• Provide on-site installation and maintenance service to client
• Provide support on network, printers and peripherals and software upgrade
• Maintain device inventory list

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE / Certificate / Diploma or above in IT subject
• At least 1 year of experience in field support
• Willing to learn
• Good problems solving skills
• Good spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• HK Permanent Resident is required
