Responsibilities:

• Install Operating System and desktop applications
• Provide indoor/ outdoor hardware service and repair on desktops, laptops for end users
• Upgrade Windows OS
• Ensure proper parts handling and movement within the team during transit to customers
• Work closely with dispatchers, leads & supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed and closed timely

Requirement:

• HKCEE or HKDSE or Foundation Diploma in IT
• Possess basic hardware & software knowledge
• With interest in working IT industry
• Good customer service mindset
• Able to work under minimal supervision
