Responsibility:
1.To provide a Real-time Support and maintain the Technical Performance for consultants all around the world .
2.Take control remotely and resolve technical issues and provide seamless support.
3.Build the strong relationship with consultants around the world and always being helpful to their problems.
4.To do the analysis for Consultant Technical Index and set up the action plan to improve the session quality.
5.Cooperate with other teams to optimize the internal system.
6. Formulate training programs that meet the needs of departments and employees

7. Create training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as modules and guides

8. Organize and record training data to ensure accuracy and consistency of employee development.

9. Develop schedule to assess training needs.

10. Facilitate New Hire Orientation and Onboarding for new employees

Requirements:
1.Working knowledge of general Computer(Both Mac + Win) products. Advanced troubleshooting experience is advantageous.
2.Customer focused – out of the box thinking in helping customers. Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
3. Ability to work within a global team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment .
4.Must be able to comply with rotating shifts. Two days off a week. Must be proficient in the English language.

5. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Trainer position.

6. Strong Customer Service skills and ability to interact with other people and participate actively in department and staff meetings

7. Organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize request and department activities

8. Effective communication skills.
