IT trainer is accountable to plan and implement IT training (covering usage of both IT infrastructure – PC, iPad, WiFi… and application – MS-Windows/Office, Box, Citrix, GotoMeeting…) for all Lilly China users (office staff and sales force)

• Assess training needs and priorities.
• Test process for different training subjects.
• Develop and conduct technical training programs.
• Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant areas
• Prepare training material and training room agenda.
• Provide training to target audiences through different channels (classroom training, virtual training, field-based training, self-learning etc.)
• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content.
• Engage with business to collect training requirement

Test and evaluate new technologies with potential business needs by leveraging technical expertise/experience

要求：

• Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ IT trainer experience
• Fluent in English, both verbal & written
• Strong presentation/interpersonal/training planning and execution skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical language to user language
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies on both infrastructure and application
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
