Main Responsibilities:
Working in UOBC SIS (Shared infrastructure Service) team to assist for voice and cabling integration and operations.
Participate in voice system (Avaya IP PABX/NEC digital PABX/VoIP) daily operation as well as working with Group team, which includes but not limited to:
1, assist on voice system maintenance and troubleshooting
2, assist on voice system change and upgrade
3, assist on voice system capacity tracking and reporting
4, assist on voice system KPI statistics tracking and reporting
Participate in cabling daily operation, which mainly include cabling maintenance and troubleshooting.
Participate in server room/patch room daily monitor and status record.
Other assistant works assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree.
Yrs of relevant experience: Above 2 years in working experience for operation in IP or Digital voice environment.
Have knowledge and working experience on cabling operations.
Specific knowledge & skills:
1. Knowledge: Knowledge and working experience on voice adjunction system, such as recording system, IVR system and IPC system, is better
2. Language: Good oral and written skills in both English and Mandarin
3. Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Other skills: 1, Capability and willing to learn new knowledge; 2, Hardworking, good in communication and teamwork; 3, available for OT
Qualification: Avaya ACACN, ACACS, or Commscope engineer certificate is better.
