Job Duties:

• Provide user support on PC and system functions
• Support on-site installation on PC, & the peripherals, and support services on PC/ LAN to external customers
• Provide technical support services to potential customers, such as to setup equipment for demo, to assist the evaluation to equipment, and / or systems
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT support experience
• Knowledge in supporting the PC/ LAN systems and applications
• Familiar with PC desktop hardware platform on HP/IBM/Dell PC & peripherals (printer, scanner, etc.)
• Familiar with the PC OS upgrade & data migration
• Enthusiastic in new technologies and willing to learn
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position  
• HK Permanent Resident is required
