Job Responsibility :

- Perform hands-on server, network infrastructure and clients support in enterprise environments

- Design, upgrade and continual maintenance of server, network infrastructure and clients

- Maintains network & server performance by performing monitoring and analysis

- Responsible for e-security

- Timely diagnoses of, response to, and resolution of client support cases, both onsite and remote.

- Participate and provide technical support in project execution

- Analysis of system and recommendations for improvements.

- Documentation of all work done, system configuration, procedures and service records

- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

- 3+ Years’ experience working as a server, network and clients engineer

- Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP, DNS, VOIP, VPN's, Routing & Switching and Network Security.

- Experience with system support and network troubleshooting.

- Self-starter, proactive and must be able to handle multiple tasks

- Passion for the IT, the new technologies related to it, and the growth within are required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Preferred: Certified Professionals: MCSE & CCNA.
