Job Description
  • Receiving, storing, configuring, packing, shipping and scraping/recycling and etc, all the inventory management activities in Retail IST warehouse.

  • Update system of records to ensure all warehouse activities has been recorded accurately and timely.

  • Asset procurement process and work with Finance to ensure accounting compliance.

  • Communication with all relevant stakeholder on any changes or issues.

  • Set up reporting capabilities on warehouse activities for timely visibility. Strong Excel (i.e. Macro) or BI Visualisation tools (i.e. Tableau) skill will be favourable.

  • Hardware configuration/Distribution

  • Staging and shipping hardware for store opening or remodelling, assisting on hardware deployment for new project and initiative, and co-oridinate repair/replacements process with Apple Stores and vendors. Devices in scope, Printer, POS, Cash Drawer/Cash Drawer Module, Scanners, TOTP cards/RFID(Consumable parts),iOSdm Server, Estimote Beacons.

  • Basic trouble shooting on above devices and oversee the problem solving process with global team to triangulate the root cause.
