Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling the duties in the aspects of IT and security management of the association;
• Provide support to association’s network, PC and application systems;
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting and regular administration/maintenance on systems and infrastructure;
• Liaise with external vendors on the resolution of IT incidents and IT project deployment;
• Assist with IT procurement, inventory management and license renewal activities;
• Assist in preparing systems related documentation and operation manuals;
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science;
• At least 1 year or above relevant working experience in system administration and supporting experience for PC, VMware, Windows Server;
• Basic knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, MS SQL server, MS AD server, PC hardware/software installation, Backup/Recovery Tool, HTML editorial, IIS and Linux Apache.
• Experience in POS retail system and MS Office365 is a plus;
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic NAV or project implementation would be an advantage;
• Good team player, self-initiative with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure;
• Good command of English and Chinese;

Monthly Salary :  $12,000.00
