Job Duties:

• To provide guidance to the quarantine person for setting up and on usage of the Home Quarantine
• Monitoring System, including the "StayHomeSafe" systems and "StayHomeSafe" mobile app
• To support home quarantine device setup services at the Centre for Health Protection
• To support the logistic / stock control of home quarantine devices at the Centre for Health Protection (e.g. Inventory control of e-wristbands to Boundary Control Point and collection of e-wristbands from service provider) under the supervision of the relevant supervisor
• To assist in daily administrative duties, including preparation of daily statistical reports.
• To test the app for bug fixing and enhancement.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Have level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language, in HKDSE or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge or experience in Windows 7/8/10
• Have knowledge on using Android and iOS mobile phone 
• Have good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin 
• Working on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays is required 
• Overnight work is NOT required
