We are looking for an IT Communications and Graphic Design intern that is looking to grow their communications and graphics design skills. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pro-active and has a passion for IT. In this position you will generate communication content on behalf of the IT Infrastructure Center Americas (ITCAM). You will interface with multiple business units (e.g. communications department) within the USA and within the IT community across the entire Americas region.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

• Creation of content, graphics and multimedia.
• Work with management and key team members develop communication strategies along with their deployment.
• Align with communications departments across the USA to align with corporate standards and to leverage off existing channels.
• Interface with IT colleagues across the region incl. Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Canada to cater for their requirements and ensure that the content is distributed consistently across the region

• Pursuing a degree in Graphical and art design.
• Presentation design and layout experience.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Agile / scrum skills and experience.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. 
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term. 
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE (January 3rd until May 6th).
