职位描述

• Key Individual Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Provide IT infrastructure knowledge to Business driven project and ITS INFRA Transversal project for China to ensure the project is coordinated and delivered to meet business needs.
• Provide necessary status reports, documentation for the IT infrastructure potion that is delivered in the project
• Ensure coordination across all sub-teams into ITS Infra team.
• Manage 3rd party vendor to deliver according to project needs if necessary
• Deliver project within expected timelines and cost range
• Provide transparent and effective communication to the business functions and project organization.
• Define and maintain SOPs and quality standards and relevant project documents
• Develop project plans and coordinate all internal and external resources assigned to the project delivery effort for assigned projects
• Work with each member of the ITS INFRA team in the formulation of milestone planning, reporting, issues, risks and success.
• Review designs and architects ensuring standards and policy are met
• Service management of major service partner to achieve standard SLA and OLA

• Support IT audit activities
• Implement IT infrastructure using acute insights as well as professional IT knowledge and background to establish most reasonable IT infrastructure solution
• Evaluate, monitor and improve the performance & competitiveness of IT infrastructure performance
