Your mission and responsibilities:

• Role as administrator for LIMS and other manufacturing system, be responsible for daily trouble shooting, incident handling, user training, documentation such as SOP/WI;
• Response to the service request in time and provide the technical support to guarantee the normal operation of manufacturing system;
• Monitoring and regular check on the status of the system, data and procedure, and deal with the potential issue/problem avoiding the risks;
• Be responsible for the report development and validation of manufacturing system;
• Ensure the systems comply with all regulatory requirements and assist in compliance audits;
• Be responsible for BOMs and Routings change in SAP.

Your qualifications and experiences:

• At least 5 years of experiences in manufacturing system maintenance;
• Be familiar with laboratory process and production process;
• Be familiar with programming language, SQL SERVER/ORACAL, network and IT infrastructure;
• Good communication skills;
• Be fluent in English speaking and writing;
• Pharmaceutical/Medicine device industry experience is preferred, LIMS maintenance experience is preferred, BOM maintenance experience is preferred.

Your attributes and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
