To achieve our ambitions, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Innovative Value Strategies (IVS) Project Manager to join our IVS & Health Economy department. The IVS Project Manager will primarily work on the identification, development and implementation of national access strategies across all therapy areas to ensure our medicines can continue to have the biggest possible impact on improving health.  

The role can be based in Stockholm/Södertälje, Oslo, Copenhagen or Helsinki. 

The role 

As IVS Project Manager, you facilitate national reimbursement and as well as ensure further innovative collaboration with the health system. To achieve this, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative access solutions together with local country teams. 
 

You will be directly working on business case development of the IVS opportunities including financial impact, risk assessment and portfolio considerations. In addition, you support the competency development across the Nordic region related to IVS. 

What you´ll do as our Innovative Value Strategies (IVS) Project Manager

  • Support the identification, development and implementation of IVS agreements across the Nordics 
  • Support the business case process of IVS deals with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Develop new IVS concepts to be piloted in the Nordic region and shared with EU colleagues 
  • Close collaboration with Health Economics Team for reimbursement submissions 
  • Collaborate with Medical Evidence team to ensure IVS evidence needs are communicated early for planning purposes 
  • Run Nordic IVS projects where synergies can be leveraged i.e. adboards 

In order to succeed, you have 

We are looking for an individual holding a relevant academic degree (PhD, MSc, MBA or equivalent, preferentially economics, health economics etc.)

Working knowledge of local healthcare environments across the Nordic countries is essential for this role.

Additional essential requirements 

  • 5+ years experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other relevant industry/business
  • Pharmaceutical pricing experience 
  • Experience with managing complex projects across several geographies 
  • Familiarity with financial modelling 

Desired experience 

  • Knowledge and experience of all therapy areas: cardiovascular, respiratory, diabetes and oncology 
  • Health economics and real-world evidence experience 
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language  
  • Basic Health economics understanding
