Job Description
To provide key financial data to the CFO and Iberia management team by
business partnering with sales and product teams in order to provide accurate
data in a timely manner.
The Sr. Finance Business Partner (Controller) will:
• Lead in the delivery of actual, budget and forecast processes.
• Provide first class business partnering to the Commercial businesses (E&PS
and SMB), including approval of commercial discounts.
• Qtr-end closing responsibility by Business Model providing CFO with analysis
on deviations, commentary and recommendations.
• Business Partner with Sales and Business managers to provide analysis across
the business unit to drive cost efficiencies and revenue generation.
• Interpreting results into plans to improve future results.
• Identifying any controls issues and driving improvements to close any gaps.
• Support in external Audit/tax compliance activity as required.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects.
• Attending relevant management team meetings and finance team meetings.
• Deputise for CFO as required.
#### Position Requirements:
Position requirements
• ACA/CIMA Qualified accountant, master’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience. At least 3 years as a financial controller.
• Prior experience of working for a high-tech company and Audit is desirable.
• Experience of operating in a multi legal entity structure.
• Considerable experience of the annual reporting and planning cycles,
financial controls and systems.

• Good understanding of finance systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to influence, challenge and support both financial and non-financial

• Versatile communication style, ability to presentation data to all levels in
the organization making it relevant and suitable the audience.
