The primary function of the Iberia Segment and Product Marketing Team Leader is to lead the Iberia team of Field Product Managers (FPM) and Segment Managers (SM) to improve sales support efficiency through application and market knowledge. In addition to the people management job, the team leader will be the FPM Iberia for Power Quality (PQ) products including UPS, PDU and Software solutions. He/she will also own the deployment of Marketing campaigns aimed for the Data Center (DC) segment in Iberia. The Iberia Segment and Product Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for growth & promotion of a 15M€ portfolio of UPS (mono and tri phase ranges), software and ePDU products through Eaton’s Iberia sales organization. She/he develops, adapt and implement the segment strategy with the sales leaders. She/he will report directly to the France-Iberia Marketing Manager and will spend approximately 20% of his/her time with sales and customers (throughout Iberia). This role may also involve occasional travels to other EMEA locations. Your Key Deliverables: Build market expertise including competitor benchmark, market trends, local regulations and pricing knowledge Understand Spain and Portugal IT and Data Center customers, and their needs through Voice of the Customer campaigns; initiate and/or participate in new product development for the Iberian market Demonstrate product expertise and provide support to sales on mono and tri phase UPS, power management software and ePDUs Own and manage the Iberia product portfolio in collaboration with the two PQ Business Units in France and in Finland (products, planning/forecast, pricing, promotion) through the complete product life cycle Develop sales actions and product promotions in coordination with the sales team, and both IT and EWS channel teams – including events such as trade shows, Meet the Expert sessions, Mobile Tech Days or factory tours but also virtual events and campaigns (webinars, etc.) Create or customize brochures, catalogues, web pages, battle cards, videos and other animated contents - both print and digital materials (including translation supervision when assets are developed by the EMEA central Marketing team) Conduct technical, product and value proposition training for Eaton sales teams and partners Dimensions of the role: Grow significantly the overall UPS, software and ePDU business in Iberia Deliver accurate market analysis for UPS in Iberia (mono & tri phase, small and large capacity products) Ensure team proficiency in Marketing tools and processes Meet or exceed self and team’s yearly KPIs for Integrated Marketing Campaigns for each segment and product lines Are you? Qualifications Qualifications: Min of 5 years' experience in B to B, in a similar industry and be technically knowledgeable on UPS (mono and tri phased products), software and e-PDUs A previous experience in marketing and/or sales and more specifically as a product or segment manager would be very valuable Demonstrate people management skills - a previous experience in people management is a strong plus Strong communication skills are essential – written and verbal The candidate should be a relationship builder and have a good team spirit Experienced in market analysis & value selling Demonstrate technical and creative skills Strong analytical capabilities Capable to talk in public and adapt to the audience Digitally savvy and enthusiast. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus) Then we want to hear about you!
