Ice Hockey Coach (Chaoyang Campus)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily teaching of ice hockey classes and school team training at the campus. Develop and strictly implement teaching plans according to school requirements; ensure teaching safety and outcomes; actively participate in teaching research activities to continuously optimize course content and teaching methods.
Regularly conduct student assessments and maintain detailed records to ensure that the school, parents, and students are informed about teaching objectives and outcomes; responsible for ensuring satisfaction with ice hockey teaching.
Actively organize students to participate in school-level ice hockey leagues and other competitions, achieving excellent results in these events.
Actively support large-scale events organized by the company and school.
Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with relevant ice hockey certifications; professional ice hockey athlete background is preferred; teaching certification in the candidate’s home country is preferred.
Teaching Experience: At least three years of full-time youth ice hockey teaching experience; over two years of full-time ice hockey coaching experience in international schools in mainland China is preferred; candidates with experience leading teams to achieve awards in ice hockey competitions are preferred.
Other Skills: Bright and cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills, emotional stability, proactive work ethic, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Pre-tax monthly income of ¥25,000–¥35,000 (determined based on professional athlete background, international school teaching experience, competition achievements, etc.). Social insurance contributions required under Chinese labor laws will be deducted and paid by the company.
