Job Description
WORKING HOURS:
8:30-12:00 13:30-17:30
REST SCHEDULE:
work a six-day week every fortnight
SALARY AND BENEFIT:
1.Probation: before tax 15000-20000 per month
2.Regular:before tax 20000-25000 per month
3.Recommendation: single apartment nearby the company
4.Provide Chinese meal
5.Provide social security
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
1.A willing heart to learn and interested in garment industry
2.It would be best if you have obtained a Z-VISA( if you don't have, then you have to have at least Bachelor Degree, at least 2 years working experience in sales work or clothing, and under 60 years old.)
3.Able to adapt to business trips
COOPERATION MODE:
1. Full time mode:
We have a translator here to work with you, you can work and learn Chinese and Wenzhou dialect, our team is very kind and young.You can formally becoming a company employee and serving as a professional measurement specialist, we will systematically provide training and various opportunities. If you are considering developing a second career, I think this would be a good choice. Professional measurement specialists are relatively scarce in China.
2. Part-time Cooperation mode:(THIS MODE NOT FOLLOW THE FULL-TIME SALARY)
January June is the off-season every year, and the workload is approximately 1-2 business trips per month, with an estimated 3 days per trip (as you mentioned)
July to December is the peak season, with an estimated workload of about 15 days per month for business trips. The job responsibilities are to attend store events and tailor for VIP customers (you can play the role of a teacher guiding the tailor)
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
1. Participate in daily and project sales activities of the company, explore and identify customer needs, accurately match and recommend clothing fabrics and styles, create overall clothing solutions for customers, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately achieve the company's sales performance goals.
2. Responsible for customizing and recommending clothing products for customers
3. Assist the company in promoting brands, projects, and products
4. Complete other tasks formulated by superiors
