The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our Imaging team on a 7-month fixed term contract ending 31st December 2021. This is a business-critical hub within AIA.

The Imaging team is a dedicated team that scans and processes all documentation in and out of the company supporting every channel of business. The purpose of this role is to provide superior documentation and support service to various operational areas and departments across AIA.

This is an entry level role. If you are not sure where to start your career and you are willing to put in the hard yards then you will be rewarded as you prove yourself.

About the Role:

  • Managing multiple shared mailboxes and work flowing these mail items to the correct place Archiving, checking, compiling, and indexing of proposals
  • Auditing the indexing carried out by our third party provider.
  • In addition to this you will also have to liaise with other departments to gather information, so communication skills are critical to being successful in this role.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and an inquisitive mind-set.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people.
