We are seeking a passionate, authentic, and dedicated Native English-Speaking Teacher to join our team as an English Montessori Guide. This is not merely an English teaching position; it is a role for an educator who truly respects the child and wishes to facilitate their natural development.

The successful candidate will co-lead a classroom with an AMS-certified lead guide, delivering a full-day, immersive English-language experience. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing, prepared environment that encourages exploration, independence, and a love for learning, all while supporting each child's individual developmental journey.
Key Responsibilities

Authentic Montessori Practice: Implement and uphold authentic Montessori principles and practices in the classroom, respecting the individual developmental needs and characteristics of each child.

Full-Day Immersion: Provide a consistent, full-day English immersion environment, serving as a linguistic and cultural model for the children.

Classroom Leadership: Co-guide the classroom, maintaining a beautiful, orderly, and engaging prepared environment with a full complement of Montessori materials across all five curriculum areas.

Individualized Development: Observe children closely to identify their needs and interests, supporting the lead guide in implementing individualized development plans.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of six AMS-certified teachers and support staff who share a genuine, heartfelt passion for children.

EYFS Integration (for International Class): For our International Class stream, collaborate on the seamless integration of the Montessori curriculum with the rigorous standards of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Parent Engagement: Foster positive, professional relationships with parents, supporting the school's community-focused ethos.

Qualifications & Requirements

Nationality: Native English Speaker (NEST).

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or higher (a must for Chinese work visa requirements).

Montessori Alignment: A deep understanding of and genuine commitment to the Montessori philosophy of education. Previous Montessori experience is highly preferred.

Certification:

Teaching qualification such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA (minimum 120 hours) is required.

An internationally recognized Montessori diploma (e.g., AMS, AMI) is a significant advantage.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education.
