• Handle client enquiries from various channels and touchpoints 
• Obtain comprehensive understanding to client cases followed by providing professional advice and services to clients
• Convert leads to successful business
• Manage post-sale client project processes
• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients
• Participate and assist marketing and business events
• Stay in the know of the latest development of immigration legislation and social / economic conditions

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• 2 year plus work experience in immigration consulting - candidates with more experience and proven track record will be considered the role of Senior Immigration Consultant
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and client servicing skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, committed and a team player
