• Perform independently the immunogen/antibody structure analysis, including but not limited to the sequence alignment, X-ray structure superposition, mapping of mutation, and analysis of hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction

• Collaborate closely with other colleagues and deliver data in time

2. Qualification and competency requirements：

A. Education/training background:

• MS or PhD in biochemistry or biophysics

• At least two-year working experience in university, research institution, pharmaceutical or biotech companies is required

B. Knowledge/Skills:

• Hands-on experiences in following fields are required

  • X-ray structural biology

  • Protein sequence alignment and 3D structure superposition using web servers or standalone programs

  • Handling PDB and FASTA files using text editor and web servers

  • Modelling using PyMol, Coot, UCSF Chimera or other programs

  • Analysis of hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction using LigPlot

• Ability to do simple Perl programming will be a great plus
