We are looking for a Process Support Engineer in our Semiconductor Division. Demonstrate knowledge and preferably expertise on Front End technologies: Implant and Rapid Thermal Annealing.
He/She follows projects from pre-sales activity to production release and CIPs at customer sites. Works independently, receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
The candidate will be based at Agrate Brianza (MB) site and will cover Europe South customers, mostly in Italy and France. At the end of the training period the candidate will be able to follow projects from pre-sales activity to production release at customer sites.
The candidate has gained Process Engineering experience and uses best practices and knowledge to propose new products and processes to meet customer needs, then ensure the delivered solution meets expectation. Solves complex problem, focus on continuous improvement. The position requires ability to work independently, with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Sales to drive the adoption of new technology at the customer site.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
- When necessary, works closely with customer to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
- Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in Implant and Annealing products. Understand the impact of these processes on device performance.

- Has knowledge of best practices and how own activity integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Builds and maintains customer satisfaction through clear, consistent communication and responsiveness. Follows policies to protect customer and company Intelligence Property.
