Job Mission
Perform a range of activities to facilitate highly efficient/security/low cost import delivery and other related for increasing customer satisfaction, this must be followed the company policies as stated in the Epiroc way, including the Code of Conduct and Compliance issues, Customs and other Chinese governments regulations if applicable.

Job Description:
? Support import specialist for fulfilling picking, stuffing, loading booking, export procedures at oversea original;
? Keep close tracking on import shipments status, maintain tracking system & import statistics, and assure concerned people could get timely and accurate shipping information;
? Support import specialist to prepare customs declarations with necessary documents and licenses that describe the goods being shipped correctly;
? Collect correct and full imported products technical information for right harmonized code definition;
? Record all imported declaration data such as HS code, and work together with colleague for HS code database maintain.
? Archive full documents and licenses after customs process finished for future’s external or internal audit;
? Other duties assigned.

Experience Requirements;
? Minimum 1-2years experience in similar functions;
? Have good understanding with China Customs regulation, international trade, etc;
? Have basic knowledge on Transportation and harmonized code classification;
? Familiar with computer skills such as MS office, Power Point, M3 system;

Knowledge / Educational Requirements:
? University degree , logistic or international trade will be preferable;
? Good written English;
? Knowledge about our products and parts assortments is preferable;

? Strong attention to detail;
? Well organized and good interpersonal skills;
? Self-motivated, open minded, good team-player;
? Proactive and results oriented, and could work under the pressure;
? Willing to learn new skills;
