Import/Export Specialist supports daily import/export activities, resolving issues occurred during import/export operations, instructing forwarders, agents and customs brokers on operation methods and handling procedures, and making decision to ensure smooth goods delivery, customs clearance and CIQ application to meet production and customer requirement.

• Support import coordinator to handle raw materials importing, work closely with the broker on the custom clearance and import CIQ application. Follow urgent shipment and arrange the priority. Shortens transportation lead time.
• Equipment import, applies for the pre-inspection certificate, Customs duty exemption. Communicates with project teams of cross functions to get the equipment moving smoothly.
• Leads the shipping team to prepare the export shipping documents. Follows up the export customs clearance and export CIQ application. Communicates the shipping information with customers to ensure the goods arrive on time.
• Guides the cross function teams on sample and spare parts import and export process.
• Trouble shooting on import and export activities, alerts and solves the unexpected problem timely.
