Responsible for the Import and Export task of the Logistics Department.

To set up and maintain an efficient Warehouse team and manage warehousing activities and ensure warehouse performance reach required KPI targets.

Effective communication both internal and external to smooth warehouse and shipping business.

Develop and implement the SOPs, improve the efficiency, stock and shipping cost.

Accurately and timely complete the warehouse cycle counting and all related reports.

Responsible for warehouse area location planning adjustment and focus on 6S, FIFO and on time delivery.

Monitor the E&O, RMB & Aged inventory, lead Lean/KAIZEN project for inventory reduction.

Complete other work assigned by manager
