Day to Day Responsibilities:

Handle customs clearance for import materials & spare parts with support from logistic service vendors, including customs related documents preparation, collection and retention.

Arrange and process export shipment and domestic transportation with support from logistic service vendors, including shipping documents preparation, collection and retention.

Work on cross functional teams regarding smooth supply chain to avoid delays in shipments.

Continually optimize process flow for import/export and transportation.

Work with supervisor to manage, evaluate and improve logistic service vendors performance.

Establish, manage and close customs logbook to ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Apply for duty free import for project equipment.

Keep abreast with customs regulations and their changes. Ensure the impact of changes is understood correctly and enough attention is brought to relevant parties.

Provide daily and monthly relevant report.

Process shipment transactions in PeopleSoft.

Requirements:Education & Experience

3+ years of experience in manufacturing plant, Logistics or Supply Chain function with rich import/export and domestics operation experience.

Bachelor or above, major in international trade or related field is preferred.

ERP system skill is preferred.

Equipment duty exemption application experience is preferred .

Customs handbook operation experience is preferred.
