Objective of job
We are currently looking for experienced import export specialist who share the same passion and enthusiasm for delivering one stop logistics service to RD China.
The import export specialist in RD China Logistics team is will mainly focus on testing vehicles/prototype parts import and export nationwide.
Optimize international transportation cost and efficiency.
Refine current processes in a continuous improvement way.
Provide best-fit solutions and be innovative to develop new business models for RD China end users.
Task description
1. Join with end users for project planning and logistics planning, provide best fit solution for engineers in project starting phase.
· Be responsible for transportation planning and tracking.
· Testing vehicle/parts temporary/permernent import and customs clearance.
· Export customs clearance for temporary imported vehicles/parts.
· Documentation for all import and export cases based on regulation and audit requirement.
2. Import and export policy investigation and interpretation, transfer policy requirement into daily process.
Domestic/international transportation bench mark study and internal improvement.
3. Vehicle Import and export process refine according to internal control policy in general.
Adjust routin process and improve efficiency according to updated policy and project requirement.
4. Customs clearance data base establishment.
IT management system optimization and maintain according to Customs’ category requirement.
5. External communication with Customs/SAMR/related authorities.
Responsible for onsit check of Customs.
6. Quarterly cost analysis and report.
Supplier management and KPI management according to audit requirement.
Assist to build the import export center of competence and operational excellence in RD China Other topics within team.
