Position Description
Purpose of the Position:
Under trade compliance policy, handle optimal import &export and domestics transportation flow of materials/products /equipment to ensure no disruption to internal manufacturing and no impact to external customers.
- Handle customs clearance for import materials & spare parts with support from logistic service vendors, including customs related documents preparation, collection and retention.
- Arrange and process export shipment and domestic transportation with support from logistic service vendors, including shipping documents preparation, collection and retention
- Work on cross functional teams regarding smooth supply chain to avoid delays in shipments.
- Continually optimize process flow for import/export and transportation
- Work with supervisor to manage, evaluate and improve logistic service vendors performance
- Establish, manage and close customs logbook to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
