职责描述：
1. General duties/主要职责:
In charge of the Commodity inspection and Customs issues regarding to import and export business, transportation and others related to import and export.

2. Interface to other departments/有工作连接的其他部门:
Finance: Duty and tax payment, Duty refund for CRB, Payment to Forwarder and Customs Broker
Workshop: Import parts from VK-E
Engineering: Import&Export samples, fixtures, etc.
Quality: Defect parts export to Foreign suppliers, etc.
Purchasing: Samples import or export
Products: Samples import or export

3. Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作内容:
?In charge of Import & Export Customs clearance and transportation
?Establish and continuously optimize Import/Export basic database, process, etc
?Support new products development and other projects as an Import/Export expert.
?Organize internal/outside resources for training of latest laws and regulations regarding Import/Export
?Take lead in Import/Export related licenses re audit and update.
?Maintain open and good communication channels with related local authorities.
?Manage logistics supplier's KPI and performance.
?Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

任职要求：
a)Graduation /graduate degree/ major/学历/专业:

• College degree or above major in International trade or related subject

b)Working experience (in years)/工作经验（年限）:

• At least 3 years working experience at the same occupation in Electromechanical industry

c)Professional/专业能力:
(Describe the hard skills, language and knowledge needed to perform in this job)

• Experienced in HS code classification, CCC and Energy consumption
• Good learn ability and willing to learn and improve continuously
• Good English skills both in speaking and writing, CET 4 or above
