Our client is a growing business that supplies dairy products to customer across the world. They are growing a lot and are now looking for a Group Import/Export Manager to support their plans over the next few years.

The Group Import/Export Manager will:

• Manage, coach and develop the Operations team (3 people)
• Drive the order management and B2B customer service processes for all customers across the world
• Ensure smooth import/export operations for all airfreight (planning, compliance/documentation etc)
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective actions
• Support the broader business from an Ops perspective

• Solid international supply chain/ops experience - sector doesn't matter, but experience of international import/export and order management is essential
• Strong team leadership capability
