Job Description

1. Collect the docs for the import shipments.

2. Inform the clients for cargo arrival.

3. Co-ordinate with the clients for the shipments which need to be arranged the import custom clearance & the delivery (which including the sales shipment or DDU/DDP shipments).

4. Communicate with overseas if necessary.

5. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of working Experience in similar position of Forwarding companies
• Positive attitude with patience for daily operation issues.
• Being familiar with Sea import procedures, Customs requirement, etc.
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• PC knowledge of Word, Excel & E-mail
• Safety regulation knowledge.
• Can work under pressure.
